MeetLoyd uses a simple billing model: your subscription includes agent slots for MeetLoyd teams, while third-party vendor items are purchased separately.

Included Agents
Your subscription includes a pool of agent slots for deploying MeetLoyd teams:
- 1 included agent = 1 agent slot
- Agents are consumed when you deploy a MeetLoyd team
- Agents return to your pool when you delete a team (free swapping)
- Unused agents stay available with no expiry
The upsell happens when you want to run multiple teams simultaneously. That's when you'll need more agents.

Skills are subscription-based because they're continuously maintained and updated.
Teams don't bundle skills by default. You choose only the integrations you need -- no paying for HubSpot if you use Salesforce.

Vendor Commission Rates
If you're selling on the MeetLoyd Store, commission is applied to your ex-VAT list price (not to the buyer's tax-inclusive total). MeetLoyd is the Merchant-of-Record — it collects and remits VAT; you get paid net.

FAQ
What happens if I delete a MeetLoyd team? The agents return to your pool. You can redeploy them to another team immediately.
Do vendor team agents use my included agents? No. Vendor teams are purchased separately and don't consume your agent allowance.
Can I downgrade my plan? Yes, but only if your currently deployed agents fit within the new plan's limits. You may need to delete some teams first.
What's the refund policy for vendor items? Full refund within 14 days, 50% within 14--30 days, no refund after 30 days.
How do payouts work for vendors? MeetLoyd is Merchant-of-Record — it bills the buyer (including buyer-country VAT), remits the VAT, and pays you the net amount via Stripe Connect. New vendors have a 14-day hold period, then payouts run weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your tier. Each payout statement shows gross TTC / VAT retained / ex-VAT subtotal / commission / Stripe fee / your net.
Will buyers see VAT on their invoice? Yes. Every buyer invoice is issued by MeetLoyd in EUR and shows the ex-VAT subtotal, buyer-jurisdiction VAT (20% for France, OSS rate for other EU countries, applicable US state tax where MeetLoyd has nexus, etc.), and the tax-inclusive total. MeetLoyd's VAT ID appears on the invoice, not the vendor's.
Do I need to VAT-register in every country my buyers are in? No — that's the whole point of the Merchant-of-Record model. MeetLoyd handles buyer-side VAT registration and remittance across all supported jurisdictions (EU OSS, UK, US marketplace-facilitator states, etc.). Your only VAT duty is on the payout MeetLoyd pays you, under your own country's regime. EU vendors outside France use reverse-charge; French vendors invoice at standard 20% (or 0% under franchise en base de TVA); non-EU vendors invoice with no EU VAT.
