MeetLoyd uses a simple billing model: your subscription includes agent slots for MeetLoyd teams, while third-party vendor items are purchased separately.
Platform Subscription
Every MeetLoyd workspace requires an active subscription.

Included Agents
Your subscription includes a pool of agent slots that you can use for MeetLoyd teams:
- 1 included agent = 1 agent slot for deploying MeetLoyd teams
- Agents are consumed when you deploy a MeetLoyd team
- Agents return to your pool when you delete a team (free swapping!)
- Unused agents stay available (no expiry)
Example: Agent Allowance
You have: Starter plan (10 included agents)
Deploy "Sales Team" (5 agents) → 5 agents used, 5 remaining
Deploy "Support Team" (3 agents) → 8 agents used, 2 remaining
Delete "Sales Team" → 3 agents used, 7 remaining (5 returned!)
Deploy "Marketing Team" (5 agents) → 8 agents used, 2 remaining

If you need more agents than your plan includes:

Teams published by MeetLoyd are deployed using your included agents:

Free Team Swapping
One of the best features: agents return to your pool when you delete a team.
This means you can:
- Try different teams without penalty
- Swap teams as your needs change
- Only pay more when running multiple teams simultaneously
The upsell happens when you want to run multiple teams at the same time. That's when you'll need more agents!
Vendor Teams
Teams published by third-party vendors require direct payment:

Why Separate Payment?
Vendor teams use direct EUR payment (not your included agents) because:
- Fair to vendors: They receive predictable income
- Simple accounting: Subscription vs marketplace clearly separated
- No confusion: "MeetLoyd teams included, vendor teams extra"
Skills (Add-Ons)
Skills are maintained integrations that connect your agents to external tools.

Skills are subscription-based because they're continuously maintained and updated.
Teams don't bundle skills by default. You choose only the integrations you need - no paying for HubSpot if you use Salesforce!

Avatars provide AI video/voice capabilities for your agents.

Managing Your Billing
View Agent Allowance
In the Dashboard, go to Settings > Billing to see:
- Included agents from your plan
- Currently used agents
- Extra agents purchased
- Available agents remaining
Add Extra Agents
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Add Extra Agents
- Select quantity
- Confirm ($39/agent/month)
Upgrade Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select new plan
- Changes take effect immediately (prorated)
Stripe Customer Portal
For invoices, payment methods, and subscription management:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Opens Stripe Customer Portal
FAQ
What happens if I delete a MeetLoyd team?
The agents return to your pool! You can redeploy them to another team immediately.
Do vendor team agents use my included agents?
No. Vendor teams are purchased separately and don't consume your agent allowance.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, but only if your currently deployed agents fit within the new plan's limits. You may need to delete some teams first.
What's the refund policy for vendor items?
- Full refund: Within 14 days
- Partial refund: 14-30 days (50%)
- No refund: After 30 days
How do payouts work for vendors?
Vendor payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. New vendors have a 14-day hold period, then payouts are processed weekly.
