MeetLoyd uses a simple billing model: your subscription includes agent slots for MeetLoyd teams, while third-party vendor items are purchased separately.

Included Agents
Your subscription includes a pool of agent slots for deploying MeetLoyd teams:
- 1 included agent = 1 agent slot
- Agents are consumed when you deploy a MeetLoyd team
- Agents return to your pool when you delete a team (free swapping)
- Unused agents stay available with no expiry
The upsell happens when you want to run multiple teams simultaneously. That's when you'll need more agents.

Skills are subscription-based because they're continuously maintained and updated.
Teams don't bundle skills by default. You choose only the integrations you need -- no paying for HubSpot if you use Salesforce.

FAQ
What happens if I delete a MeetLoyd team? The agents return to your pool. You can redeploy them to another team immediately.
Do vendor team agents use my included agents? No. Vendor teams are purchased separately and don't consume your agent allowance.
Can I downgrade my plan? Yes, but only if your currently deployed agents fit within the new plan's limits. You may need to delete some teams first.
What's the refund policy for vendor items? Full refund within 14 days, 50% within 14--30 days, no refund after 30 days.
How do payouts work for vendors? Vendor payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. New vendors have a 14-day hold period, then payouts are processed weekly.
