Getting Access
MeetLoyd is a fully managed platform -- there is nothing to install. You access everything through your browser at app.meetloyd.com. This guide explains how to get started, whether you have been invited by a colleague or are requesting access for the first time.
How Access Works
MeetLoyd is currently in Private Beta. There are three ways to get in:
| Path | Who it's for | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Invitation from a colleague | Your organization already has a MeetLoyd workspace | You receive an email with a direct sign-in link |
| Guided POC | Teams evaluating the platform | A 10-day hands-on experience with dedicated support |
| Shadow AI Scan | Organizations assessing AI governance risk | A 48-hour audit that includes platform access |
Click the link in your invitation email. You will be signed in and added to your organization's workspace automatically.
Signing In
- Go to app.meetloyd.com
- Choose your sign-in method:
| Method | Details |
|---|---|
| One-click sign-in with your Google account | |
| Microsoft | Sign in with your Microsoft work account |
| Sign in with email and password | |
| SSO / SAML | Available on Enterprise plans -- your IT admin configures this |
- If your organization already has a workspace, you will land in it automatically
- If you are the first person from your organization, you will be guided through workspace creation
Requesting Beta Access
If you do not have an invitation:
- Visit app.meetloyd.com
- Click Apply for Access
- Fill out the short form with your name, company, and use case
- Our team will review your request and follow up within 48 hours
If you want hands-on guidance, consider booking a Guided POC at meetloyd.com/poc. You will get a dedicated workspace, pre-configured agents, and a 10-day structured experience.
Choosing Your Plan
Once accepted, you will select a plan:
| Plan | Price | Agents | Seats | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $399/mo | 10 | 3 | Small teams getting started with AI agents |
| Growth | $1,499/mo | 50 | 15 | Scaling teams with advanced automation |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited | Organizations with compliance and scale needs |
All plans use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) -- you provide your own LLM API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, or Groq). Annual billing saves two months.
Setting Up Your LLM Keys
Since MeetLoyd is BYOK, you need at least one LLM provider key:
- Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then LLM Keys
- Click Add Key
- Select your provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, or Groq)
- Paste your API key
- Click Save
Your key is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and never leaves the platform.
MeetLoyd encrypts your keys, but you should still rotate them periodically through your LLM provider's dashboard.
Connecting Integrations (Optional)
To let your agents interact with business tools, connect your accounts from Settings then Integrations:
| Integration | What it enables |
|---|---|
| Google Workspace | Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Admin access for your agents |
| Microsoft 365 | Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint access for your agents |
| Slack | Agents can send messages and respond in channels |
| MCP Servers | Connect any tool via the Model Context Protocol |
Each integration uses OAuth -- click Connect, authorize, and you are done.
Verify Your Setup
You are ready to go when you can:
- Sign in at app.meetloyd.com
- See your workspace name in the top-left corner
- Navigate to Settings and confirm at least one LLM key is saved
Troubleshooting
"Unable to sign in"
