A complete, tamper-evident trail
Every meaningful action is logged with the full picture:
- What happened — the tool called, message sent, or decision made
- Who initiated it — the agent, team, or person (and, when an agent acts for a human, both are recorded)
- When it occurred — precise timestamp
- Why — the agent's reasoning context for the action
- Context — the conversation, inputs, and outputs involved
The log is append-only and hash-chained, so any tampering is detectable — entries can't be quietly altered or deleted after the fact. Records are retained long-term to meet regulatory requirements.
