Meeting Scheduler

MeetLoyd includes a full scheduling system — booking links, calendar sync, and team routing — and then goes a step further: every meeting that gets booked can arrive with a research brief on the attendee and an on-brand deck, prepared automatically. Your team shows up ready, every time.

You can just ask Loyd

"Set up a 30-minute discovery booking link for my team" or "What's the brief for my 2pm with Acme?" — Loyd can configure scheduling and surface your prep. Meet Loyd →

TypeWhat it does
1:1A single person's availability — the classic personal booking link
Round-robinDistribute incoming meetings across a team by a policy you choose
CollectiveFind a slot that works for several people at once

Round-robin supports different selection policies, so meetings can be balanced by fairness, availability, or your own preference. Invitees can reschedule themselves, and you can include additional attendees on a booking.

Calendars it works with

Availability is merged across Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and iCloud at once — so a booking link reflects your real free/busy across every calendar you connect, not just one.

Group polls

Need to find a time the hard way? Group polls (Doodle-style) let a group vote on proposed times, and the winning slot becomes a booking.

Every booking, prepared for you

This is what sets MeetLoyd apart from a plain scheduling tool. When a meeting is confirmed, MeetLoyd can automatically:

  1. Research the attendee — a focused web search grounds the prep in current, real information.
  2. Write a prospect brief — a structured, multi-section briefing on who you're meeting and what matters to them.
  3. Enrich your CRM — capture or update the lead/contact for each attendee (when a CRM app is active).
  4. Assemble a deck — a tailored, on-brand presentation ready to present or adapt.

You also get an optional weekly industry watch — a digest of what's moving in your market — so your team's prep is always current.

Notifications that keep everyone in sync

When a meeting is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled, the right people are notified in-app, by email, and by push — no one finds out about a change too late.

Where you manage it

Each person gets a scheduling hub in the dashboard with a timezone-aware week view, their upcoming bookings, and the prospect brief attached to each one — so the prep is right there when you open the meeting.

What you get

  • Fewer back-and-forth emails — share a link, let people book real availability.
  • Right person, every time — routing and collective scheduling instead of manual triage.
  • Show up ready — automatic research and a deck mean no scramble before a call.
  • Nothing slips — calendar sync and multi-channel notifications keep everyone aligned.
