Support App

The Support App turns your knowledge base into an agent-assisted help desk: tickets come in, agents triage and resolve what they can, and escalate the rest with full context.

What you get

How it's billed

Support has a base subscription plus usage-based outcome pricing — an auto-resolved ticket is a billable outcome (it avoids a human handling it); routing or receiving a ticket is free. See Pricing & Activation.

Adding it

Go to Settings → Apps → Support. On a paid plan you can add it self-serve; otherwise contact sales.
