Apps — Pricing & Activation
Apps are paid add-ons on top of your MeetLoyd plan. Pricing has two layers, so what you pay tracks the value an App delivers rather than a flat fee for switching it on.
The two layers
- Base subscription — a recurring monthly fee for the right to run the App (its agents, tools, and pages). This is added to your existing plan subscription, prorated for the current period.
- Usage-based outcomes — on top of the base, some Apps meter the business outcomes they produce (for example, a qualified lead or a resolved ticket). You're billed for the value created, not for every action taken — preparatory steps are free.
Your own model keys (BYOK) continue to power the AI as everywhere else on the platform.
Adding an App
If your workspace is on a paid plan, you can add a self-serve App yourself:
- Go to Settings → Apps.
- Find the App and choose Add. The base subscription is added to your plan immediately (prorated) and the App activates.
- The App appears in your workspace; an admin controls who on your team can use it.
You can remove an App at any time from the same screen — its base subscription stops and your data is preserved.
Some Apps — and all usage on regulated Apps such as MFO — are enabled through an Enterprise agreement. Enterprise customers also get negotiated, all-inclusive pricing: outcome billing can be dialed anywhere from the standard rate down to fully included in a flat deal. Contact sales to set this up.
What you can see and control
- Settings → Apps shows each active App, its billing type, and the current period's outcome usage.
- An App you haven't added shows its price and an Add (self-serve) or Contact sales (enterprise) action.
- Activation, billing, and access changes are written to your audit log.
FAQ
Do I need an App to use MeetLoyd? No. Apps are optional accelerators. You can always compose your own team.
Can I try before I buy? Trials and proof-of-concept grants are available — contact sales.
Who can add an App? A workspace admin. Self-serve adds require an active paid plan; otherwise an App is enabled through an Enterprise agreement.
